Our 3 star graded bedrooms include single, "superking" double (with 6ft wide beds) and twin rooms, all with high quality beds enhanced by simple white bed linen and big fluffy towels.

These rooms have en suite/private bath/shower rooms. All bedrooms have alarm clocks/radios, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are available on the ground floor if required.

"Superking" Double or Twin room with en suite bath or shower: £110.00 per night based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
Twin room with private shower room adjacent (robes supplied): £100.00 per night based on two people sharing.
Economy rooms: twin or kingsize double with shared bathroom, bath only (robes supplied): £90.00 per night based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Bunkhouse Tariff: £17.50 per person per night.

Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit
Bookings are secured on receipt of a deposit equivalent to one nights stay per room booked paid by a valid Credit/Debit card. This deposit is refundable providing cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the date of arrival. The balance of the stay is payable on arrival.
Payment
We are pleased to accept balance payment by Credit/Debit card or cash Sterling.
We regret we are unable to accept Diners Club cards.
Cancellations
If a secured booking is cancelled within 7 days or less of the commencement of the holiday, we reserve the right to charge the full Bed and Breakfast rate. If, however, we are able to re-

Children
We do not have family rooms and are unable to supply additional beds in our rooms for children, for this reason we do not accept children under the age of 12 years as residents of either the hotel or bunkhouse.
Under the terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 we are unable to allow children under 5 years of age on the premises.
Dogs
We have ONE room in the Hotel where, by prior arrangement only, guests can bring a well behaved dog with them. Any guest wishing to bring their dog MUST telephone or email us to make arrangements prior to a booking being made.
